All products are shipped with DHL Express and marked with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterms. The return policy for the Bugatti Carbone Limited Edition is 30 days with free returns. All other products have a 14 day return policy. Write an e-mail within the return window to hello@bugatti-smartwatches.com so we can send you a return label!

We guarantee to the original consumer/purchaser that the device is free from defects in material or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.

LIMITS OF THIS WARRANTY:

• We guarantee that your Bugatti Smartwatch will have at least 80% battery capacity after 2 years.
This is due to the limits of current battery technology. The warranty for the battery ends after 2 years. If you need a new battery after the 2-year warranty, we offer a battery replacement program.
• Damages resulting from the user (e.g., by dropping the watch, smashing it against hard materials, diving deeper than indicated in this guide, etc.) are not covered.
• Watch straps and bezels are wear parts and not part of this warranty. They can be purchased easily on our online store
• Damages resulting from abnormal exposure to chemical substances, extremely low or high temperatures (lower than -10°C or higher than 45°C) are not covered.
• This warranty does not apply to stolen products.

On our support page we have a video showing the process. The wristbands can be changed without tools using two small safety slides on both sides of the wristband. To unmount a wristband, please press the two sliders together. Install the new wristband by pressing the two sliders together and slide the watchband to the final position. Please check that both slides are pushed apart after you finish mounting the new wristband.

Both the watch and the straps have a RoHS certificate. All materials are also skin-friendly and hypoallergenic.

The battery life of the Bugatti Carbone Limited Edition smartwatch is around 12 days. However, the actual battery duration may vary based on how much you use the smartwatch. Like any other smartwatch, the GPS and display consume the most power. So, if you use them frequently, the battery will drain faster.

You can set any distance and your desired target time to start a challenge against yourself, or set your desired target time for a race distance. You then run against a pacemaker (Ghost) and can use that as a guide to see if you are ahead or behind your Ghost to reach your desired goal time.

When you enter the Acceleration menu item, you can choose between different acceleration measurements. 0-100, 0-150, 0-200, and so on. Once it is activated, you can start. The watch tracks acceleration automatically via the 6-axis sensor and GPS. If you want to repeat the measurement, you just need to click Repeat.

When you navigate to the GPS Laptiming menu item, you can set the start/finish line on any (outdoor) race track or circuit, regardless of the sport (from running to motorsports). The start/finish line will then be permanently stored until you overwrite it at some point. To do this, go exactly to the center of the start/finish line. If you later activate the GPS laptiming function, your lap times will be automatically stopped when you cross the line.

There are several watch faces with different color options, so there will be 29 variants in total. All watch faces are available for all Bugatti Smartwatch models.

When you're not wearing your Bugatti Smartwatch, our smart algorithm recognizes it and makes adjustments. It disables certain features like HRV and micro-motion measurement, and instead relies on your previous data to provide accurate information about your calorie consumption. This means you can still get reliable information even if you're not wearing your Bugatti Smartwatch at night.

- Kilometers run or started in the first 5 minutes are ignored.
- The formula always refers to metric units.
- Only km containing less than 30 m positive or negative elevation change per km can be used.

The intelligent algorithm automatically detects how high the resolution needs to be in order to function. For certain functions that require higher resolution and clocking, the watch uses all three GNSS systems simultaneously, increasing the resolution rate to over 10 Hz (10 times per second). For activities that require fewer data points (such as hiking), the system switches to a low-power endurance mode and uses fewer satellites simultaneously, reducing the resolution rate.
