Here is what you should know when starting your watch.
Come accendere l'orologio
Tenere premuto il pulsante superiore per 4 secondi per accendere l'orologio. Tenere premuto il pulsante superiore per 8 secondi per azzerare l'orologio.

Attività di corsa
Se si passa il dito a sinistra 2 volte dalla schermata principale, si raggiunge il menu dei corridori. Qui si trovano diverse attività di corsa.

Display sempre acceso
If you would like to use the always-on display, please go to the settings menu (swipe down from the main screen of your watch), go to watch settings and activate the green button on "display on always". Please note that display always-on reduced the battery time to 1-2 days.
